NO ONE IS RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR HAPPINESS.

The term “no one is responsible for your happiness” is a common saying that means that your own happiness is ultimately up to you and not dependent on other people. While other people can certainly contribute to your happiness, you are the one who has to take responsibility for your own feelings and emotions. I know most of us feel this way some times, I also feel this way most time. But the moments I made up my mind that no one is responsible for my happiness since then i have always see the reason to be happy on my own without others validation.

Some days I feel weak, some days I feel agile and wallow in my reflection and also demonstrate a self pity toward myself  but when I look at it. I see that i am not doing any one a favor, I’m only doing myself a favor. I feel like i need people validation to be happy but you can never get that from people. Some are so lucky whereby they have friends that cheers them up but i believe you are your own cheerleader. While some might be lucky, some might not be. Do not let your happiness comes from a person like you, once the person leaves, you don’t have happiness again. . We shouldn’t rely on others to make us happy, because they may not always be there for us. Happiness comes from within. If we learn to love and accept ourselves, we’ll be happier no matter what. But when I look at it objectively, I realize that I’m not doing anyone any favors by wallowing in self-pity. I’m only hurting myself. It can be tempting to seek validation from others, but the truth is, you are the only one who can truly make yourself happy. Build yourself to be happy with yourself regardless.

Happiness is a personal journey and not something that can be given to you by someone else.
It’s important to take ownership of your own happiness and not rely on others to make you happy.
There are many things you can do to increase your own happiness, such as practicing gratitude, living in the present moment, and finding meaning in your life.

First, focus on gratitude. Taking time to appreciate the things you have, even if they’re small, can make a big difference.

Second, learn to accept and love yourself as you are. Self-acceptance is key to finding happiness, so try to let go of any negative self-talk and embrace who you are.

Third, try to find joy in the little things in life. Whether it’s a beautiful sunset or a delicious meal, there are plenty of small moments of happiness around us.

Taking responsibility for your own happiness means accepting that sometimes things won’t go according to plan, but that doesn’t mean you can’t find joy in other ways.

It’s important to recognize that your happiness is your own responsibility. No one else can make you happy or provide you with fulfillment. It’s up to you to find things that bring you joy and satisfaction.

It’s easy to fall into the trap of thinking that someone else can “complete” you or make you happy, but that’s not how it works. Happiness comes from within, and it’s something that you need to cultivate and nurture. You can’t rely on others to provide it for you.

If you haven’t reached the point where you realize that your happiness comes from within and not from other people, then you’re still immature and you’re hurting yourself. Your happiness is your own responsibility, and it’s something you need to find within yourself.
