A Fresh Start.

SIMPLE YET USEFUL TIPS

Y’all know I am here to share useful tips on your life style, finance and more.

Are you tired of repeating the same emotional mistakes and experiencing the same setbacks you experienced last year? It’s time to break free and try something new! I won’t even gatekeep.
I’d like to share a powerful concept that I learned this new year and about to start doing, and I believe it can work for you too. It’s a fresh approach to help you overcome last year’s challenges, living a new lifestyle, being positive, helping you grow and achieving your goals and many more.

Let’s get started! I’ll be sharing this concept with you in a series of posts, so stay tuned.

  1. We tend to complain leaving behind what has been achieved. This year Learn to be grateful instead of complaining or worrying ( there’s a hack I did last year that helped me, I wrote about every good thing that happened to me in each week and a month and put it in an empty Jar. Once it’s the end of the year, I would empty the jar open it, and read about the amazing year I had, both big wins and small wins) that hack worked for me and gave me room and reasons to be grateful and thankful. Replace complaints with gratitude.
Even with besties and closest friends, reduce how much you complain and bleed on them. They are humans, you will overwhelm them.
They can’t trust you with their own issues, either, since you seem to have lost control of yourself. Show more gratitude than a complaint.
  2. This year try to be a sweetheart and not only focus on yourself alone. Also call people just to greet and catch up. Check up on your friends more frequently than before.
Learn to give free goodwill without sounding emotionally downcast.
Tell them you are proud of them
    I love you”
    “I appreciate your friendship.”
“I will do better as a friend.”
“Please take care and always reach out when you need me”
“I’m grateful for the gift of you”

Try to be a sweetheart too, and give as much good energy as you receive. I will be doing more of this, this year.

  3. Practice clean living. It helps your emotional and mental health as much as it does to the physical.
Practice for 2weeks straight of cleaning your bed and your house before starting your day.
Take your bath properly before starting work even if you work from home.
Bathe properly at night like you did in the morning before you sleep at night. Even if you’re working remotely. You attract what you do.

Let me keep it short, I’ll continue in another post, don’t let me bug you.
