As I grew older, I realized how important it was to learn from every stage of life. Learning and changing became really important for me as I tried to understand different points of view and experiences. Which i would be sharing with you guys.
Self care is your biggest friend, invest in your skin, hair, body wash etc. Your health is your biggest asset.
Prioritizing your health, both physically and mentally, is essential. Investing time and effort into taking care of your skin, hair, and overall well-being is an investment in yourself.
Also, another thing i learnt is that you learn the most when you spend your time alone.
Spending time alone can be incredibly enriching. It allows you the space to reflect, learn, and grow without external influences. Some of the most profound insights often come from moments of solitude.
I get to learn also that your thoughts create your reality.
Your thoughts have a significant impact on your reality. Cultivating a positive mindset and being mindful of your thoughts can shape your experiences and outcomes in life. Make sure your thoughts are positive.
Allow friends flow in and out of your life, not everyone is meant to stay.
Friendships come and go, and that’s okay. Not everyone you meet will stay in your life forever, and that’s a natural part of growth. Embrace the connections you have while understanding that some may fade over time because nothing last forever not even you.
All emotions are temporary, never make any decision based on your emotions.
Emotions are temporary and should not dictate significant decisions. It’s important to acknowledge and understand your emotions, but decisions should be made with rationality and consideration beyond momentary feelings. One thing i am still fight with is my emotions and i am sure most of us still do. But we shouldn’t and don’t let it define us. I wish we all overcome our emotions.
These lessons reflect a depth of understanding and self-awareness gained during my 20s, setting a strong foundation for personal growth and fulfillment in the future is really important. For those in their early 20’s or late 20’s please do have it mind.
